As a Field IT Service Technician (m/f/d), you're the hands-on doer on site, making sure our cutting-edge technologies run flawlessly at our customers' locations. Your playing field: Anywhere technology is needed!

What awaits you?

  • System Setup – Planning and installing state-of-the-art technical systems at our customers' sites
  • Field Service – You're the face of our tech, on the road Monday to Friday
  • Network Installation – Configuring, mounting and commissioning network components (routers, switches, access points)
  • Communication Technology – Implementing cutting-edge TV, VoIP and satellite technology at the customer's location
  • Technical Support – Maintenance and troubleshooting, including on-call duty
  • Coordination – Aligning internal departments and external service providers for smooth implementation

Your profile

  • 100% Willingness to Travel – You're ready to travel within Europe and occasionally worldwide
  • Experience – You've already worked in a comparable position
  • Network Skills – Very good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, LAN and WLAN
  • Working Style – Customer-oriented, independent, motivated and technically skilled
  • Language Skills – Good German and English skills
  • Mobility – Valid driver's license
